1. Eligibility

By using the platform, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of accepting these Terms.

• You will comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.

Users may register using:

• Mobile number
• Email address
• Password
• Invitation/referral code (optional)

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality.
• Protecting login credentials.
• All activities performed under their account.

Passwords are securely protected using security mechanisms. Users must immediately report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

3. One Account Policy

Only one account per person/device may be permitted.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple account creation
• Fake account creation
• Self-referrals
• Account farming
• Account sharing
• Impersonation

Violation may lead to:

• Suspension or permanent bans.
• Reward cancellation.
• Withdrawal cancellation.
• Leaderboard removal.
• Account termination.

4. Platform Purpose

Superfast Quiz is designed for:

• Educational purposes.
• General knowledge awareness.
• Current affairs learning.
• Sports knowledge.
• English improvement.
• Informational engagement.
• Curiosity-driven learning.

The platform does not involve:

• Gambling, betting, or wagering.
• Luck-based gaming.
• Paid participation for rewards.

No user is required to pay money to participate in quizzes.

5. Rewards & SFQ Coins

Users may receive promotional or redeemable rewards in the form of SFQ Coins.

Standard Quiz Arena

• Correct answer within 20 seconds: +2 SFQ Coins
• Correct answer after 20 seconds: +1 SFQ Coin
• Wrong answer: -1 SFQ Coin

Daily Arena

• Correct answer: +5 SFQ Coins
• Wrong answer: -5 SFQ Coins

Reward systems may change at any time without prior notice.

Rewards are:

• Not guaranteed.
• Subject to verification.
• Subject to platform rules.
• Subject to fraud/security review.

6. Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals subject to platform eligibility.

Minimum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal amount may apply, including but not limited to INR 15.

Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals may be processed through:

• Bank Transfer
• UPI
• Or other approved methods.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on:

• Verification and workload.
• Security review.
• Operational requirements and technical issues.

Incorrect Payment Information

Users are solely responsible for submitting correct bank details, UPI IDs, and payment information. Superfast Quiz shall not be responsible for losses caused by incorrect information submitted by users after successful transfer processing.

Users must immediately contact official support if a withdrawal shows successful but funds are not received.

Withdrawal Verification

We reserve the right to:

• Request PAN, Aadhaar, bank proof, or identity verification.
• Suspend withdrawals pending verification.

High-value or suspicious withdrawals may require additional verification.

7. Referral System

Referral benefits may be provided at our discretion.

The following are prohibited:

• Fake referrals and self-referrals.
• Referral abuse and automated referrals.
• Suspicious referral networks.
• Multiple/self-created accounts.

Violation may lead to referral cancellation, reward cancellation, withdrawal restrictions, account suspension, or permanent bans.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any attempt to harm platform integrity may result in immediate action.

9. Anti-Fraud & Abuse Enforcement

Superfast Quiz reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, including but not limited to:

• Unusual gameplay patterns or automated interactions.
• Reward and referral abuse.
• Unauthorized access attempts.
• Technical manipulation.
• Suspicious withdrawals or account farming.
• Emulator/VPN misuse or leaderboard manipulation.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, freeze, terminate, or permanently ban accounts, with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

Pending rewards, balances, withdrawals, referral benefits, promotional benefits, or platform-related benefits may be withheld, canceled, frozen, or permanently revoked at our sole discretion.

Decisions regarding fraud prevention, abuse detection, reward eligibility, leaderboard validity, account suspension, and security enforcement shall be final and binding.

10. Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for extended periods may be frozen, restricted, deactivated, or deleted. Balances or rewards associated with inactive accounts may be frozen or handled according to platform policies.

Users may contact official support for account-related requests.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content including quiz questions, databases, systems, reward structures, logos, branding, UI/UX, source materials, and educational content are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Without written permission, users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, scrape, or store data.
• Distribute, republish, or commercially exploit content.
• Modify and republish content under another identity.

Unauthorized use may result in account action, legal action, financial claims, or platform restrictions.

12. AI Support & Communications

The platform may include AI-based support systems. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, may be incomplete, and are not legal/financial advice. Users should verify important information independently.

Support chats may be monitored, stored, and reviewed for safety, moderation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and service quality purposes.

13. Educational Disclaimer

Quiz, GK, Games, Current Affairs, English, Daily Arena, and educational content may contain errors, outdated information, and may not always be fully accurate.

Content is provided for educational, informational, awareness, and entertainment purposes only. No guarantee of complete accuracy is provided.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, restrict features, terminate services, reject withdrawals, remove rewards, reset scores, or block access at our sole discretion. Actions may occur with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

15. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continuous access, permanent reward systems, or permanent leaderboard rankings.

Technical issues, maintenance, security incidents, or operational changes may affect platform functionality.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Superfast Quiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user-submitted information.
• We are not liable for technical interruptions, reward delays, or platform outages.

Users use the platform at their own risk.

17. Changes to Services & Terms

We reserve the right to modify services, update policies, change rewards, discontinue features, or update these Terms at any time.

Users are responsible for periodically reviewing updated Terms and policies. Notices may appear inside the platform, through announcements, or through email in important cases.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
